Teliso Nchabeng, a mother of two little girls, achieved her honours BA from the National University of Lesotho in 2012. She describes going through the ‘Help Lesotho transformation’ after completing the intensive Youth Leaders in Training Program and became a Youth Leader Volunteer. During the latter period, she was chosen to represent Lesotho and Help Lesotho in a Youth Conference in Ethiopia. A talented example of our leadership programs, she was made a Youth Programs Support Officer in the Youth Department and then quickly promoted to the position of Basotho Girls Leadership Corps Office (BGLCO) to oversee our residential girls program. ‘M’e Teliso is passionate about giving back to Help Lesotho by shaping the lives of young girls as they face and overcome their challenges to have hope for a better future.
