Mr. Graham is a senior executive with over 40 years’ experience with the federal and Ontario governments, the private sector, Bank of Canada, and a Royal Commission. He joined the Institute On Governance in 1996 as its Director on Aboriginal Governance and has conducted over 400 governance related projects. In 2010 he established Patterson Creek Consulting Inc., specializing in Aboriginal Governance and such services as facilitation, evaluation, policy research, governance workshops and professional development courses. John has a Hon. B.A. from Queen’s University in mathematics and economics and a MBA from York University. John has been to Lesotho twice to volunteer for Help Lesotho, is well aware of the immense challenges facing that country and has seen firsthand how Help Lesotho’s programs are making a solid contribution to meeting many of these challenges.
